Welcome and thank you for your interest in Li'l Rabbits and/or Li'l Rabbits for Classrooms (“Company”, “we”, “us”) and the Service, as described in the Company Terms of Service (the “Terms”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Terms, and capitalized terms used, but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them elsewhere in the Terms. i
This Privacy Policy describes what information we gather from you, how we use and disclose and store that information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this policy.
The practices described in this policy apply only to our use of information which you provide us through the Service. Information collected from you by others, such as third party web sites that you access through links on the Service or features of the Service that you use to provide that information to third party services, are governed by those entities’ privacy policies.

Your information is the information required from you when you sign up on the site and the information you choose to share as part of the class.
When you sign up for Li'l Rabbits for Classrooms as a teacher, you are required to provide information such as your name and email address.
Information you provide us on the constituents of your classroom, such as additional collaborators’ names and emails, children’s names, parents’ names and their email addresses will be collected. This information is used to set up your classroom as well as, used to notify the members of the classroom of new stories you and your collaborators post for the classroom.
Your information also includes the information you choose to share on Li'l Rabbits for Classrooms, such as when you upload a photo, video, a text story, a comment on a story or when you like it. When you share a post, that post’s information can be shared to others via the Parent’s timeline, should he or she choose to claim it.
Your information is the information that's required when you sign up for the site, as well as the information you choose to share.
When you sign up for Li'l Rabbits, you are required to provide information such as your name, email address, and your children’s names, birth dates and gender. In some cases, you may be able to register using your Facebook account, in which case Li'l Rabbits also pulls in your spouse’s name if available.
It also includes the information you choose to share when you set up who has access to your timeline, such as email addresses and names of your family members and friends. This information is used to notify your network when you post new stories on Li'l Rabbits or allow them to gain access to your timeline.
Your children’s birthdays allows us to do things like show you the age when each photo was uploaded, and send birthday emails.
We may receive information about you from your spouse such as your name and email address if they sign up for our services when they choose to invite you to a timeline they have created.
If participating in Li'l Rabbits for Classrooms, we may receive information about you provided by your children’s teacher, such as your name, your child’s name, and your email address. This information is used to give you access to the classroom timeline and provide you with notifications of classroom activity.
We also receive other types of information about you:
We receive data about you whenever you use or are running Li'l Rabbits, such as when you look at another family’s timeline, click on, view or otherwise interact with stories.
When you post things like photos or videos on Li'l Rabbits, we may receive additional related data (or metadata), such as the time, date, and place you took the photo or video.
We receive data from or about the computer, mobile phone, or other devices you use to access Li'l Rabbits, including when multiple users log in from the same device. This may include network and communication information, such as your IP address and other information about things like your internet service, operating system, location, the type (including identifiers) of the device or browser you use, or the pages you visit. For example we will lock out a user from attempting to access a timeline based on IP address and browser information after consecutive failed login attempts.
When using our service, we may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Service. Persistent cookies can be removed. Please review your web browser “Help” file to learn the proper way to modify your cookie settings. Please note that if you delete, or choose not to accept, cookies from the Service, you may not be able to utilize the features of the Service to their fullest potential.
When we use the phrase "public information" (which we sometimes refer to as "Everyone information"), we mean the information you choose to make public. There is no information about you that is always publicly available.
By not password protecting your timeline, you are choosing to make your timeline accessible to anyone who knows the link to your timeline.
While we do not recommend this, choosing to make your information public also means that this information:
When participating in Li'l Rabbits for Classrooms, your child’s information may show up in another parent’s timeline, should the classroom post contain your and their child’s name tag. This information will be viewable to the members of the other parent’s timeline. You can choose to limit the information shared by removing the child’s tag from that classroom post.
We use the information we receive about you in connection with the services and features we provide to you and other users like your friends and family. For example, in addition to helping people see and find things that you do and share, we may use the information we receive about you:
We store data for as long as it is necessary to provide products and services to you and others. Typically, information associated with your account will be kept until your account is deleted or you have deleted it yourself.
We take the utmost precaution when saving your information. None of this information is ever shared with third parties unless you explicitly ask us to do so. For example, you might want to post a story on Facebook as well via Li'l Rabbits, in which case we will post the story and relevant information to your Facebook account.
Li'l Rabbits and its services are hosted in the United States. If you nonetheless choose to use the from other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you may be transferring your Personally Identifiable Information outside of those regions to the United States or other jurisdictions for storage and processing, and by providing your Personally Identifiable Information on the Service you consent to that transfer, storage, and processing.
You may decline to share certain Personally Identifiable Information with us, in which case we may not be able to provide to you some of the features and functionality found on the Service. You may update, correct, or delete your profile information and preferences, or change sharing preferences for User Submissions at any time by accessing your account preferences page through the Service.
As a parent, if you choose to delete your account, your timeline and data is permanently deleted from Li'l Rabbits. It typically takes about a few minutes or hours to delete an account. You should only delete your account if you are sure you never want to reactivate it. You can delete your account from your profile page.
As a teacher if you choose to delete your account your timeline and data is permanently deleted from Li'l Rabbits for Classrooms. This data includes posts and their respective media such as photos as videos. It typically takes about a few minutes or hours to delete an account. You should only delete your account if you are sure you never want to reactivate it. You can delete your account from your profile page here.
To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you account access or making corrections to your information. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE SECRECY OF YOUR UNIQUE PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION AT ALL TIMES.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children’s information posted on the site. The site will never inadvertently share or disclose that information with 3rd parties without explicit permission.
